COR Shapes ships internationally, and delivery times may vary based on location. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or additional taxes that apply in your country are your responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged, unstained and in their original packaging. Returns must be approved by our customer service team, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days, provided they are in original condition. As a small Irish company we offer full refunds excluding delivery costs and returned at your own expense unless faulty. Ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Returns must be shipped, as we do not accept in-person returns.
